Shipping. We generally ship items within 7-14 business days, but sometimes orders can take up to 4 weeks if we’re busy or if the garment is not in stock, as most items are made to order.  In rare cases, shipment can be 6-8 weeks (for black, clover & pale blue garments that are not in stock, as they’re the only colors we don’t dye in-house).  If you have a deadline for shipment, please let us know before you place an order, so we can figure out a way to meet your schedule (if possible). Use the Contact Us options for any requests.

Delivery within the US is typically 1-3 business days.

• If the package is under 1lb, we ship with United States Postal Service Priority Mail. (USPS)
• If the package is under 1lb, we ship USPS first class.

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping (US only).

For Bay Area residents, in-store pickup at any of our three stores is a free option.

Returns. We are happy to accept returns and or exchanges of unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, or defective garments, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. We will refund the full cost of the item, excluding the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees for returns and or exchanges. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). We cannot accept returns of socks, underwear, scarves, masks or items that have been hemmed, altered, washed, worn or damaged. All online returns and exchanges must be processed online and not instores.
