Shipping & Returns


We generally ship items within 7-8 business days, but sometimes orders can take up to 3-4 weeks if we’re busy, as we usually dye to order.  In rare cases, shipment can be 6-8 weeks (for black garments that are not in stock, as it’s the only color we don’t dye in-house).  If you have a deadline for shipment, please let us know before you place an order, so we can figure out a way to meet your schedule (if possible). Use the Contact Us form for any requests.

Shipment is typically via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail if package is over 1lb (first class if it’s under 1lb).  Delivery within the US is typically 1-3 business days.

For Bay Area residents, in-store pickup is an option.

Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping (US only).

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, unaltered, or defective garments, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. We will refund the full cost of the item, excluding the original shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). We cannot accept returns of socks, underwear, or items that have been hemmed, altered, washed, or worn.
